These are the terms of use for every member using agentville to disseminate information on current property instructions.
Agentville is only intended for use by individuals directly employed in commercial Property Agency. As a collaborative network it is intended that the users will actively police the site to prevent abuse by unauthorised users.
* No illegal activities are permitted on agentville. Users may not use agentville to publish and post defamatory, obscene or other unlawful material, specifically, but not limited to pornography.
* Users may not use agentville to post material that promotes the use or distribution of illegal drugs.
* Users may not use agentville for the purpose of linking to external sites that violate this Code of Conduct.
* Users may not upload files or post messages that contain photos, or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless they own or control the rights thereto or have received all the necessary consents.
Agentville is not responsible for the content of any user’s posting, or for ensuring the accuracy or legality of any posting.
The content of Postings to agentville.
Users may not post profound, vulgar, or explicit content. This includes "masking" by using alternative characters or spellings and spaces to get around filters,or combinations of words that produce an offensive result.
Users are not permitted to post any hate speech.
Users are not permitted to harass other members by personal attacks.
Users may not choose a username that may be considered offensive.
Agentville does not allow the posting of destructive features, use of computer programs that contain such features, or access to any content that contains destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other activities that can be disruptive to online communication.
Liability
Users are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information received from the agentville site. The decision to communicate with and conduct transactions with anyone as a result of a communication directly or indirectly from agentville is the user’s own decision.
Users are responsible and liable for all their activities while participating on Agentville, and for ensuring the protection of their own computer system(s). Agentville reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice, any posting and Agentville is not responsible for the content on any external site that is linked to a posting on Agentville.
Maintaining this Code
Agentville reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to agentville for violations of our Code of Conduct.
If a member of agentville has demonstrated that they have not behaved in accordance with the code of conduct, that member's profile will be deleted, together will all postings associated with the profile.
Agentville reserves the right to amend or change the Code of Conduct at any time without notice. As a user you agree to periodically review this document to ensure that your use of the site is in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
